John is a results-oriented digital marketing and media professional with over a decade of progressive experience within automation/programmatic, and the AdTech industry. He founded Inflection Point Digital in 2017 to aid small-medium sized businesses, alongside Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, to navigate what has become a complex digital world within marketing and business strategy. John has focused on growth areas within advertising, including digital-first innovation, business development, product, supply & demand-side dynamics, social media strategy, platform success/integration, and data analytics.
John thrives in fast-paced environments and has extensive experience advising companies of all sizes, partnering with top 100 ComScore digital publishers, and enabling practices of all sizes to successfully thrive within both Inflection Pointand via premier ad agencies to realize efficiencies in effective digital executions. He has managed 9+ figure annual media budgets for companies such as J&J, Church & Dwight, Square, SeatGeek, IKEA, Prudential Financial, Dell Technologies, IKEA among others, providing growth against KPIs. John has led the growth and advancement of new team structures, most recently at GroupM/WPP NY (via Xaxis), prior a Global Director, Media Advisory at MediaMath, and Sr. Manager with Beanstock Media.
He enjoys mentoring and developing new team programs, and ensuring the success of people who engage in digital; ushering in transformation via AdTech innovation and education, while enabling further development of product and service offering. John has supported DEI efforts, and continues to be active in advocacy, engaging in assisting in programs, both through professional organizations, and his local community. He strongly believes enhancing team culture, building long-term solutions to complex problems, both business and personnel management, are critical to success. He has been key in identifying areas of positive business growth (including data management, procurement of inventory/supply (publisher and app direct), operations, and technicals)), has identified bottlenecks, while positioning future management success and investment as a priority.
John continues to pursue his studies through a commitment to education most recently at Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School (MBA candidate), NYU, UPenn, among others institutions. John is a 2012 graduate of Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business with a BSBA - Finance and specialization in Communications / Media Management. He is also currently active in local community, volunteering with various organization and boards in the Philadelphia region. He is a volunteer for the Team Rubicon (Greyshirts for disaster relief), Medical Reserve Corps (Montgomery County, PA), local food banks (MontCo), and is an active Commissioner/Board Member in the Borough of Conshohocken, PA - Parks Commission (Mary Wood). John plans to continue to contribute his time to advancing local community activities through volunteerism, active participation in dialogue, education, and donate his time towards causes that matter to him.
