John A. Pedicino

John is a results-driven digital marketing leader with over 12 years of experience in programmatic media, digital automation, and AdTech innovation. He’s worked across startups, global agencies, and Fortune 500 brands—driving growth through strategy, team development, and performance-focused execution.

In 2017, he founded Inflection Point Digital to advance businesses from emerging ventures through established CPG/Tech/Service conglomerates. He has navigated the fast-changing digital landscape, learning from accomplished leaders across the public, non-profit and private sectors. John has contributed to and led media strategy through automation and operational expertise for major advertisers like Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, UBER, Church & Dwight, Prudential Financial, Dell Technologies, SeatGeek, Bumble, IKEA — among others. He has managed nine-figure annual marketing budgets and aligned digital innovation, buying implementation while ensuring measurable positive business outcomes.

His expertise spans supply and demand-side platforms, AI integration, audience analytics, and platform strategy. Whether hands-on or advising at the executive level, John brings a balance of technical depth, operational clarity, and creative thinking to each client and team he engages with.

A graduate of Fordham University’s - Gabelli School of Business (BSBA in Finance and Communications - Media Management); he is pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, with additional studies via programming at NYU, UPenn, Columbia and Darmouth. His passion for digital marketing and media, consumer decision sciences is rooted in the belief that great work should enhance experiences, connect people, and serve for the greater good.

John is a dedicated leader who invests in people as much as platforms—building collaborative, accountable teams that thrive on transparency and shared success. Outside of work, John most recently served as a Parks & Recreation Board Member/Commissioner (Appointed to Trust Board) in Conshohocken, PA and prior a Board Member (Appointed), Whitemarsh Township Media Communications Advisory Board and volunteers or holds membership with organizations including Team Rubicon, Feed America, the Medical Reserve Corps (Montgomery County, PA), USO, among other associations / non-profits. His approach to leadership—whether in business or the community—is grounded in service, integrity, and impact.
